Welcome to the Birth Collaborative, a leading reproductive training organization with a deep commitment to reproductive justice. Our Doulas are not just birth guides; they are advocates, policy influencers, and champions of safe and joyful birthing experiences.
Comprehensive and Integrated Training: Our fully integrated 8-week hybrid training program includes Perinatal Doula training, Nevada enrollment curriculum, and preparation for Medicaid acceptance. You'll receive two weeks of in-person classes, two weeks of online evening classes, and four weeks of in-field experiences.
Full & Partial scholarships available to those who qualify.

Focus on Reproductive Justice: At The Birth Collaborative, we train Doulas to not only support births but also understand and address the social determinants of health that affect birthing people. Our training is deeply rooted in the Birth Justice Framework and Reproductive Justice Priorities.
Support for Underrepresented Communities: We believe in accessibility and inclusivity. Scholarships are available for underrepresented communities, including people of color, Black individuals, caregivers, and those who are underemployed or earning below certain income thresholds. If you identify with any of these groups, you could qualify for significant financial support.

Medicaid-Readiness: Get prepared for Nevada’s Medicaid billing and credentialing process to serve families through public care systems.
